The guest house is connected to the villa underground and is hardly more than a car width away from it above ground.
The guest house consists of 6 cozy and various apartments. All of them are very comfortable mixing traditional and modern elements. Perfect for every taste.
And you can relax not only inside the house. Also, the spacious garden and the Calluna wellness area with pool & sauna invite you to relax and unwind. If you want to go to the wellness area without leaving the warmth of the house, you can simply walk in your bathrobe from the apartment through the underground passage to the pool of the villa.

Price Information
· The listed prices are per apartment/day for 2 people.
· Daily additional charge per person in case of more than 2 guests:
Children 0-2 years: free
Children 3-6 years: EUR 10.00
Children 7-14 years: EUR 15.00
Guests over 15 years: EUR 20.00
· In addition to the total price, a tourist tax of EUR 2.10 per person/night is charged (children under 14 years are excluded).
· The price includes bed linen, towels, full kitchen equipment, and private parking.
· For the final cleaning of the holiday apartment, we charge a one-time fee of EUR 42.00.
· Pet fees: For the stay of your dog, we will charge a fee of 15.00 €/day (without food) - on request only and not in every apartment.
